Yuba College, Building 300, Flavors Room Minimal Improvements Project (Request for Proposal)

Description: 1. Mobilization, submittals, performance and payment bond 2. Demolition, properly dispose of debris, provide a waste manifest to the District. 3. Remove the perimeter ceiling panel tiles in the lower ceiling areas and remove the drywall. Install new drywall and refinish, paint. 4. Remove the ceiling popcorn finish ceiling area in the center of the room, repair, and paint the drywall. 5. Replace the existing light fixtures with LED light fixtures, add low voltage and electrical wiring. 6. Add one-way window film to the windows around the perimeter of the room per plans and specs. 7. Paint the small storage room and door and frame, replace door hardware per plans and specs. 8. No changes to HVAC ductwork, unit, controls. 9. The existing fire alarm annunciators on the walls will need to remain if possible and then reattached to the new drywall. 10. Install furred in walls and drywall, paint and finish 11. Install new carpet tiles, VCT tiles, base 12. Demobilize, clean, and complete punch list.
