Yuba City High School South Gym Skylight Project - 26-519-01

Description: Yuba City Unified School District is requesting sealed bids for the complete removal and replacement of existing failing skylights at the Yuba City High School South Gymnasium, Project No. 26-519-01. The work includes removal and legal disposal of existing skylights, glazing, frames, and flashing, and installation of new 84" x 48" curb-mounted, fixed flat-glass Lane-Aire skylights with 1-inch insulated glass units, plus new flashing, counterflashing, sealants, fasteners, waterproofing, and unit prices for potential replacement of deteriorated wood roof decking and fascia. Bidders must hold a California B (General Building) and/or C-39 (Roofing) license, be DIR-registered, comply with prevailing wage requirements, and provide 10% bid security; a voluntary site visit is scheduled for October 14, 2026.
