Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Inmate Food Service (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide inmate food service. Awarded Food Service Management Company (FSMC) shall supply on-site staff to perform all aspects of food service operations, to include, but not limited to, supply ordering, inventory management, menu development, meal preparation, kitchen equipment maintenance and procurement, and food service-related grievances as assigned by the Detention Services Division.
