Peters VA Medical Center boiler plant in the Bronx. The work includes removing the existing equipment, installing one new pump and compatible motor, reconnecting electrical service, restoring piping insulation, startup and testing, cleanup, site restoration, closeout documentation, and an operations and maintenance orientation. This solicitation is set aside for SDVOSBs and requires VA approval of pump and motor specifications, coordination of shutdowns with VA Engineering, and use of Autodesk Build.
