The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, intends to procure construction services to repair and rehabilitate two underground utility manholes at Montrose VA Medical Center in Montrose, New York. Work includes replacing damaged lids and frames, excavation and concrete repairs, reinforcing, waterproofing and corrosion protection, adjusting manhole elevations, and restoring asphalt; the contractor will also provide traffic control, testing, and cleanup.
