Description: Construct a new single story, 15,756 gross square foot (GSF) outpatient behavioral health center. This project will include but is not limited to new construction, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, fire protection, fire alarm, utility work, interior finishes, utility coordination, site work, structural, landscaping, underground storm retention,(storm water management systems), asbestos and lead survey abatement where present in areas of the existing hospital and communication utility work inside an active hospital.
