Wylie WTP - Filter Media Improvements - Work Authorization 03
Sundt Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk, and the North Texas Municipal Water District, the project owner, are soliciting subcontractor bids for GMP-1 / Work Authorization #3 of the Wylie Complex Filter Improvement Project at the Wylie Complex Water Treatment Facilities. The scope includes filter media replacement in 18 filters, underdrain system inspection and rehabilitation, filter effluent piping modifications at Plant II and III, structural modifications, and related concrete repairs across multiple bid packages (video inspections, concrete, painting/coatings, mechanical, and filter media procurement). Mandatory pre-bid conference for Mechanical and Concrete packages is July 30, 2026, with electronic sealed proposals due via BuildingConnected by 3:00 PM CDT on August 21, 2026.
