The meeting focused on several key agenda items, including a water conservation update for the 2026-27 period, the status of the conservation visioning project, and results from an ongoing customer survey. The board reviewed updates on the residential and HOA irrigation pilot programs, as well as the youth education program. Additionally, the board addressed legal matters in executive session and considered several administrative and infrastructure items, such as the final settlement agreement for the Beck Branch Parallel Interceptor lawsuit, funding authorization for the Bois d'Arc Lake projects, a new construction contract and additional engineering services for the Leonard Water Treatment Plant, a new potable water supply contract with the City of Lucas, an engineering services agreement for the Preston Road Lift Station, and a regional solid waste system contract with the City of Melissa.
