Third Party Administration Workers’ Compensation Claims and Managed Care Services
Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is soliciting a Third Party Administrator to administer its self‑insured workers’ compensation claims and provide managed‑care services, including intake, investigation, payment, reserves, subrogation, provider network oversight, bill auditing, utilization review, nurse case management, and Medicare secondary payer reporting. The RFP requires a valid California Certificate to Administer, inclusion on the State TPA roster, submission of certifications and financial statements, and a $350,000 fidelity bond; the contract is a firm‑fixed‑price three‑year base with two one‑year options.
