Woodlawn TACC Elevator Maintenance (Request for Quote)

Description: Scope of work: replace all hydraulic oil fluid within machine room reservoir tank with new AW- 32blend with additives for lubrication. Clean machine room reservoir. Clean machine room reservoir tank of all debris and oil breakdown sludge. Remove existing hydraulic control leveling valve. Remove existing hydraulic control leveling valve & send to repair shop to rebuild, clean and service all moving parts. Reinstall same existing hydraulic control leveling valve and test with weights for full load capacity testing. Replace existing old victaulic fittings within machine room hydraulic reservoir tank & Returned elevator to working order. See attached files and outside link.
