Wood Waste and Vegetative Debris Disposal Services for Highway Division 13

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish an agency-specific term contract for disposal services of wood waste and vegetative debris (e.g., stumps and brush) generated by projects, clearing/grubbing operations, and storm damage within Highway Division 13. Vendors must provide disposal services at their permitted facilities located in Division 13 (at least one facility must be FEMA approved and NCDEQ-permitted); NCDOT will haul debris to the vendor facility.
