Wood Pole Inspection, Joint Use Inventory & NJUNS Coordination Services RFP

Description: The City of Winter Park is seeking qualified firms to inspect approximately 3,500 wood utility poles, assess their condition, inventory joint-use attachments, and coordinate NJUNS-related activities. The work may include ultrasonic or equivalent nondestructive evaluation, stabilization or bracing of deficient poles, GIS-compatible inventory data, photographs, electronic reporting, and monthly progress updates. Proposals are due October 13, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, following a September 11, 2026 release and October 2, 2026 question deadline.
