Win Cp2000834 26csp007 Re-roof and Building Enclosure Repairs - Request for Proposals

Description: Provide replace approx 50,000 SF of roofing on all roof elevations of the winship building, with the exception of the sky light roof area, using a two-ply modified bitumen roofing system backed by a 25 -year manufacturer's warranty. Modify all mep (mechanical,electrical,and plumbing) disciplines as indicated in the sealed construction documents and perform structural roof deck repairs as required. Additionally, complete the following exterior building improvements replace approximately 4,000 square feet of windows on the 1960 building elevations. Repair damaged limestone; repair damaged masonry and repoint all cracked and/or missing mortar joints on the exterior masonry walls of both the 1960 and 1974 building sections.
