Description: DESIGN-BUILD. Qualified design-build contractors to complete phase I of falls park. The City has contracted separately for grading, leveling, and hydroseeding of the park site. The successful proposer will work collaboratively with the City Manager to develop the final park design, prepare conceptual 3-D renderings, recommend trees and landscaping appropriate for Owner’s coastal climate, install City-furnished park amenities, and complete the first phase of construction.
