Installation of 1,010 LF of 8" diameter ductile iron water main, 160 LF of 10" diameter ductile iron water main, 100 LF of 12" diameter ductile iron water main, 260 LF of 12" diameter HDPE water main installed by Horizontal Direction boring (HDD), and 890 LF of 20" diameter ductile iron water, and the replacement of curb boxes and water services. Work shall also include soil erosion and sediment control, test pits, excavation, backfilling, dewatering, chlorination, pipe pressure and leakage tests, water service connections, pipe abandonment, pipe removal and disposal, valves and fittings, site work including pavement trench restoration, final mill and surface paving, concrete curb replacement (if and where directed) and general site restoration.

Phase 1 project includes the extension of a 30" sanitary trunk sewer from an existing manhole; 120 LF south of NE 102nd Avenue and will continue north to approx. 2,600 LF north of NE 102nd Avenue, following Fourmile Creek. The construction improvements include roughly 550 LF of trenchless sanitary sewer installation, 2,500 LF of trenched sanitary sewer installation, installation of sanitary manholes ranging from 48" to 72", and connection to an existing manhole. Additional improvements include excavation, erosion control, final surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work.
