Westbound Frontage Road Water/Wastewater Utility Adjustment (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work includes approximately 1,425 LF of 24-inch diameter AWWA C200 Welded Steel reclaimed water line, 320 LF of 16-inch diameter AWWA C900 DR25 PVC (Green) Pipe sewer line, 50 LF of 24-inch split steel casing using open cut method, 40 LF 36-inch steel casing using open cut method, 35 LF of 36-inch diameter split steel casing, including fittings, isolation valves, tie-ins to existing reclaimed waterlines and sewer lines, by open cut method. The project also includes installation, maintenance and removal of temporary bypass for existing 16-inch sewer line during tie-in. The project includes removal and disposal of existing 24-inch tape-wrapped steel reclaimed water line and 16-inch PVC sanitary sewer, including fittings, valves, and concrete manholes. The project includes additive alternate No. 1, Furnish, install, maintain and remove 24-inch dual line stop with 16-inch HDPE bypass pipeline. The project includes trench safety per OSHA requirements, subsurface utility engineering, disinfection, storm water pollution prevention measures, project-wide traffic control, construction water and power, dust control, project management, mobilization, demobilization, house-keeping and project videotaping for a complete and operable project .
