West Campus Building Remodel

Description: Project consists of the remodeling and repair of existing areas (24,279 sf) to restore administrative offices, a cafeteria and bookstore after flood damage to these spaces. The project will include approx. 3,500 gsf of remodeling and approx. 20,000 gsf of finish repair. The work will include, but is not limited to: demolition of gypsum board partitions, ceilings, andrelated mechanical and electrical systems; removal of flooring, construction of new gypsum board partitions, doors, frames, hardware, suspended acoustical ceilings, specialties and finishes; mechanical systems including limited reconfiguration of ventilating equipment; and electrical systems including power, lighting and special systems.
