Roof Replacement at 155 West Street RFP
The Roof Work includes but is not limited to removing the entire flat roof membrane, compromised areas of the existing roof sheathing and structural framing members and replace those areas to match the existing roof construction, install a new membrane and new rigid insulation over the entire flat roof, install new crickets, raise existing HVAC equipment as needed, install new boots flashings, etc. around all existing roof penetrations; and install a new ridge vent on the existing gable roof.
