The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), in partnership with the City of Pittsburgh, is soliciting developers and development teams to submit interest and project concepts (a Request for Interest / Letter of Intent) for the purchase and redevelopment of multiple scattered-site assemblages in the Larimer neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The vacant City- and URA-owned lots, totaling more than 16 acres, are intended to deliver high-quality housing or mixed-use residential opportunities in this formerly residential community. Responses must be submitted via IonWave Technologies in a single bookmarked PDF by 5:00 PM EDT on August 24, 2026.
