Website & CMS Replacement (Request For Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals for the complete design, development, content migration, hosting, testing, training, launch, and ongoing support for a replacement public municipal website and content management system (CMS). The prime contractor will lead discovery, information architecture, custom branded template creation, and the migration of approximately 90% of active public pages, news, events, images, and document repositories from the current CivicLive platform. The project requires achieving full WCAG 2.1 Level AA digital accessibility compliance, maintaining existing external system links/embeds, and implementing search, automated translation, emergency alert banners, and structured digital asset management.
