This project is generally described as 2026 Parking Garage Repairs. The required work will generally consist of waterproofing, expansion joint repair, concrete repair, railing repair, epoxy coating repair, guardrail base plate repair, façade silicone joint repair, random crack repair, stair tower tread and landing repair, masonry wall repair, new vehicular barrier cable, and associated work on seven City parking garages: Church Avenue, Center in the Square, Gainsboro, Tower, Campbell, Market, and Elmwood Park.

Removal and replacement of the roofs on the Fire Station #1 Garage with an insulated TPO roof, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2018 IBC, gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and other materials and labor required, including a 20 year NDL warranty.
