Waterproofing and Roof Replacement United XII Building and Garage Baton Rouge RFP

Description: The project will consist of removal of approx. 57,000 SF of existing built-up roof membrane down to the existing deck, and the installation of new tapered and/or non-tapered polyisocyanurate insulation and cover board. Replacement of flashings and edge metal as described in the contract documents. Replacement of existing ventilation covers. Installation of new overflow scuppers, expansion joints, etc. As described in the documents. Clean/pressure wash, repair and refinishing of existing EIFs system, replace sealants at windows as required. Clean/pressure wash garage exterior and vehicular surfaces. Install new traffic coating to roof deck surface, repaint all demarcations and stripes as required, repaint the exterior of building. Repair/replace exterior egress stairs as required. Alternate #1: this project will contain one alternate scope to be bid as an alternate listed on the bid form. Alternate #1 shall consist of the installation and certification of a lightning protection system on the main office building. Installation shall be as described in the contract documents, refer to plans and specifications.
