Replacement of the roof at the bus garage facility. Approx. 9,000 SF of roof area to be replaced. Approx. 3,000 SF will need new trusses (south side). All old roofing to be torn off down to decking (multiple layers). All materials torn off will need to be disposed of offsite, including shingles. All bad decking must be replaced. All new decking on trussed 3,000 SF area. New roofing to be 24 ga. White metal commercial grade 5V minimum. Exposed gasket fasteners. Minimum 3:12 pitch and sealed lapp joints. Bid to include all materials, labor, site cleanup, and trim out.
