Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Project, City of Estacada RFP

Description: The scope of work generally consists of retrofitting the existing water treatment facility with membrane filtration technology. The general contractor's work includes installation of three 1.3 MGD pre-purchased membrane skids and support equipment, and pre-purchased automatic transfer switch, staged demolition of the existing 2 MGD rapid sand filters and support equipment, construction of new partitions within the existing building to provide an office/lab, new electrical room, and new bathroom/locker facilities, new vehicle access door, and installation of multiple pumps and instrumentation. Site work includes renovation of an existing 75,000 gallon welded steel reservoir, installation of a pre-manufactured sewage grinder pump station with 700 feet of 1¼" force main, construction of two concrete backwash basins, and paving the access road to the plant.
