Water Treatment Plant Street Improvements Project RFP

Description: Water treatment plant street improvements project, includes construction of street, driveway and sidewalk on 3rd Avenue, 2nd Avenue, Main Street and State Street involving surface removals, grading, storm sewer work, manhole replacement, subgrade preparation, modified subbase, and PCC paving as well as lighting installation and electrical system improvements, general restoration, seeding and cleanup. The work involves just under 7 blocks of reconstruction.
