Description: Locate, access, and exercise 2,000 system valves ranging from 6" to 24". Operate each valve fully open and fully closed at least three (3) times. Record the following for each valve: o Torque required for operation (ft-lbs.) o Depth to operating nut (inches) o Number of turns fully open and fully closed. o Valve position before and after exercising. Return valves to their original position unless otherwise directed by the City.
