Water Purification System

Description: The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is soliciting a new five-year, firm-fixed-price contract for quarterly, biannual, and annual preventive maintenance of the Water Purification System at USDA’s National Center for Applied Plant Protection in Laurel, Maryland. The contract includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with the contractor responsible for all materials and services required by the Statement of Work. Vendors must submit a complete package, including the SF-1449 and Attachment 2, by 12:00 PM EDT on August 21, 2026, and a site visit is scheduled for August 18, 2026.
