Description: The City of Fairhope is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for replacement of a 12-inch water main along US-98 from McGowin Drive to CR-34. Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 8, 2026, and questions must be submitted by September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. This is a municipal water-infrastructure procurement for engineering services, not a grant program.
