Water Improvements Project. RFP

Description: Work include rehabilitation and cleaning of the supply wells, and replace well #3 malfunctioning pump and electrical systems; new filtration plant, including aeration, chemical addition, detention, pressure filtration, ionexchange softening, high service pumping with vfds (gpr),electrical and control systems(gpr); demolition of existing obsolete lab building and chemical systems; addressing water quality issues and reducing chemical use; Rehabilitation, cleaning and painting of the existing elevated water storage tank interior. Replacement of non-functioning hydrants and valves, reducing water loss (GPR); and Rehabilitation and cleaning of approx 5,000 LF of distribution piping (GPR).
