Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan Phase 1 Improvements Project RFP

Description: Planned improvements shall include preliminary treatment building upgrades (mechanical screen replacement, grit equipment replacement, and HVAC improvements), primary clarifiers replacement, new primary sludge pumping station, new intermediate lift station, aeration tank rehabilitation and process improvements (conversion to three-stage), aeration blower replacement in a new secondary control building, replacement of existing final clarifier 1-4 mechanisms and structural rehabilitation and handrail replacement, new final clarifier construction, ras pump station replacement in a new secondary control building, rehab of one anaerobic digester for conversion to sludge storage, plant wide odor control to address odors from the headworks, primary clarifiers, intermediate lift station, and solids dewatering areas, new plantwide standby emergency power generator(s), new WWTP main switchgear replacement, new WWTP SCADA system upgrades, code related improvements for NFPA 820 and other safety related standards, demolition of unused WWTP structures and buildings (north primary clarifiers and associated pump houses, south primary clarifiers and associated pump houses, south headworks building and grit detritor system, gas conditioning building, pipe valve vault building, garage #1, garage #2, and storage building adjacent to the chlorine contact tanks) and related HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, and site/civil improvements.
