WO 26-08 WRF Digester Gas Piping - Buried Pipe Replacement

Description: The project consists of demolition of existing digester gas piping, valves, gas safety equipment, hvac ducts and air handler units. Installation of new digester gas piping, valves, digester gas equipment, control, and safety devices. Installing (2) two new digester gas foam separators, associated water supply piping, drain piping, power and controls. Installation of new 3-ton monorail track, (2) two manual track switches, electric hoist and trolley, manual hoist and trolley, structural steel supports, and exterior monorail support structure and installation of digester gas cover pressure and vacuum safety devices for the two primary digesters and secondary digester gasholder covers.

Air Piping Replacements, Gurnee WRF and Clavey Road WRF RFP
The work generally consists of approx. of removing existing 30" and 18" odorous air piping above grade and in the tunnels of the Thickener Control Building, abandoning 30” odorous air piping below grade with flowable fill, and installing new above grade 24" and 30" stainless steel air mains and air main supports from (4) thickener tanks to the inlet of the existing odorous air fan. The work generally consists of abandoning existing underground 30" air main piping between the main building (Building 20) and Operating Gallery B (Building 150) with flowable fill, and replacing this air main with 30" stainless steel air piping mounted above grade with air main supports. Concrete and landscaping shall be restored at both sites as needed. Contract to include all start up, testing, and balancing of the new air piping.

Digester No. 3 Cover Replacement RFP
Removal, disposal and replacement of one (1) ninety-five feet (95ˈ) diameter digester cover.
