W. Maple Ave. & Green St. Crosswalk Improvements RFP

Description: Project involves pedestrian safety and RRFB improvements at the intersection of West Maple Avenue (PA Route 213) and Green Street in Langhorne Borough. The work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the installation of Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) assemblies with pedestal posts, pushbuttons, AID, and signage; installation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) conduit by moling; stormwater inlet modifications including replacement of C-Tops with steel frames, 6" reveal C-Tops, and bicycle-safe grates; installation of concrete ADA curb ramps, curb, cheek wall, and sidewalk; tree removal and stump grinding; maintenance and protection of traffic; thermoplastic pavement markings and post-mounted sign installations; erosion and sediment control; and site restoration.
