W. Broad Street & Arch Avenue Traffic Signal Replacement

Description: The City of Waynesboro is soliciting bids to replace the traffic signal at W. Broad Street and Arch Avenue, which serves regular traffic and emergency services. Work includes removing the existing signal equipment and installing a new signal system, along with related concrete demolition, wiring and conduit, junction boxes, signage, and pavement markings. The project is locally funded; bidders must hold a Virginia Class A or B contractor’s license and be prequalified with VDOT, and the work is expected to be completed within 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
