VSS Demo & Parking Lot Expansion Project (Request for Qualification)

Description: The work to be performed, is to include complete demolition and removal of the existing two-story VSS Building. This includes the building structure, foundations, slabs, utilities, and related site improvements within the demolition limits in its entirety. After demolition, the site shall be cleared, rough graded/ over-excavated, and prepared for a new surface parking lot extension to VSS Parking Lot 23. Work includes paving, striping, curbs & gutters, accessible parking and pathways, drainage, lighting, site flatwork, and landscaping. The Contractor shall protect existing ADA improvements from the recent campus-wide ADA Path of Travel Projects, Phases 1 and 2, and repair any damage caused by construction
