VRF Cooling System Replacement

Description: Oregon’s Department of Administrative Services, through State Procurement Services and on behalf of DPSST, is soliciting bids for replacement of the VRF cooling system at the DPSST facility in Salem. The work includes removing the existing system and two cooling towers in Building E, and purchasing and installing a replacement cooling system and related ductwork. The contractor must integrate the replacement system with the existing building automation system, test and balance it, and train DPSST staff.
