Virginia Statewide K-12 Student Assessment Program (SOL) - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Establish a contract through competitive negotiation for a complete, supplier-hosted cloud solution for the development, dual-mode delivery, scoring, administration, and reporting of Virginia's modernized assessment program. The Owner seeks an experienced and highly capable vendor partner who can ensure ongoing, effective core operations for the statewide summative assessment program, while also continuing to build on the dynamic and evolving work already underway to move toward a modernized assessment system with a focus on how assessment can improve the work of teaching and learning. For the purposes of this RFP, a complete solution is defined as including the necessary, scalable elements and resources to develop, deliver, score, and report Virginia’s statewide student assessment program.
