Description: The Village of Wheeling, Illinois is soliciting bids for the construction of a new 8-foot-wide bike path approximately 4,200 feet long along the north side of the William Rogers Memorial Division Channel, beginning at Northgate Parkway and ending near Wolf Court. The project includes installation of a steel truss pedestrian bridge over the channel and sections of timber boardwalk. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN (Project #10297913) prior to the bid deadline of August 11, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. CDT, with a 10% bid security required.
