The University of Tennessee Knoxville (the “University” or “UTK”) is issuing this request for information (RFI) to obtain market information regarding a right-sized, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-first information technology asset management (ITAM) platform that could serve as an authoritative record for University-defined core IT asset and software-entitlement data. The University seeks information to validate the feasibility, functional fit, operating model, federation capabilities, implementation approach, and non-binding budgetary considerations for a potential UTK pilot and future voluntary adoption by other entities within the University of Tennessee System.

Marguerite Hahn and Monte Vista UTK Project (Request for Proposals)
5 new classrooms for Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten (all will be compliant with CDE Title 5 Kindergarten requirements). new Administration space, the modernization of the existing Kindergarten building and the modernization of the existing Toilet Rooms. Site developments will include the playground areas adjacent to the new classrooms and administration, as well as any required improvements to the Accessible Path of Travel. The project will also include the installation of 5 Portable Classrooms for temporary housing and the demolition of three existing portables at the end of the project. In order to expedite DSA review and approval the project will be submitted in three packages.
