UTK Asset Management- Request for Information

Description: The University of Tennessee Knoxville (the “University” or “UTK”) is issuing this request for information (RFI) to obtain market information regarding a right-sized, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-first information technology asset management (ITAM) platform that could serve as an authoritative record for University-defined core IT asset and software-entitlement data. The University seeks information to validate the feasibility, functional fit, operating model, federation capabilities, implementation approach, and non-binding budgetary considerations for a potential UTK pilot and future voluntary adoption by other entities within the University of Tennessee System.
