Description: Yavapai County is soliciting qualifications from a licensed design-build team to assess the University Building and restore it to safe, code-compliant, fully functional use. The work covers architectural, structural, life-safety, environmental, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and site systems, including recommendations and associated repairs, upgrades, and improvements. The project is planned in three phases—evaluation, reconditioning, and tenant improvements—with the scope, schedule, and cost for phases negotiated as appropriate.
