University Bookstore Operation Management Services RFP

Description: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a contractor to manage its campus bookstore operations, including physical stores, online retail, course materials, technology, apparel, gifts, and convenience products. The contractor will provide retail management, inventory purchasing, customer support, faculty coordination, innovative merchandising, sustainability initiatives, and monthly performance reporting.
