The Contractor must provide maintenance, repairs, and replacements of the UPS units located at FBI sites across the U.S. and its territories. The Contractor must be able to support the FBI’s diverse UPS fleet from several manufacturers, including but not limited to APC Schneider, Eaton, Emerson, Liebert, Vertiv, MGE, and Staco. The size and configuration of units vary by location. The Contractor is required to perform planned preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, replacement of failed or aging components (included but not limited to batteries, capacitors, and fans), and unplanned emergency repair services for the UPS units. The Contractor shall provide services to keep the UPS systems functioning with an appropriate operational capacity safety factor between 20-25%, while operating at greater than 90% efficiency for legacy systems and 95% for replacement systems installed within the past 2 years or in the future. The Contractor will respond to UPS failures, alarms, or performance issues by providing a 24/7 emergency response line. See attached file.

The U.S. Navy is soliciting total-small-business proposals for maintenance of two Eaton Model 9390-100-120 uninterruptible power supply systems at the Center for Information Warfare Training at Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida. The requirement includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and four 12-month option periods following a base performance period beginning October 1, 2026. Preventive (Scheduled) Maintenance: The Contractor shall schedule and perform semiannual preventive maintenance (2 times per year) on the UPS to include the following: Visual Inspection: a. Inspect all printed circuit board connections for cleanliness, swab contacts if necessary. b. Inspect all power connections for signs of overheating. c. Inspect all subassemblies, bridges and legs for signs of component defects or stress. d. Inspect all DC capacitors for signs of leakage. e. Inspect all AC capacitors for signs of leakage.
