Enterprise Centralized Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Program RFP

Description: The Contractor must provide maintenance, repairs, and replacements of the UPS units located at FBI sites across the U.S. and its territories. The Contractor must be able to support the FBI’s diverse UPS fleet from several manufacturers, including but not limited to APC Schneider, Eaton, Emerson, Liebert, Vertiv, MGE, and Staco. The size and configuration of units vary by location. The Contractor is required to perform planned preventive and corrective maintenance, testing, replacement of failed or aging components (included but not limited to batteries, capacitors, and fans), and unplanned emergency repair services for the UPS units. The Contractor shall provide services to keep the UPS systems functioning with an appropriate operational capacity safety factor between 20-25%, while operating at greater than 90% efficiency for legacy systems and 95% for replacement systems installed within the past 2 years or in the future.
