FY 27 UCR/CR Evaluations
The Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health (OCFMH) is soliciting qualified evaluators to perform Unconditional Release (UCR) and Conditional Release (CR) evaluations for NGRI acquittees and related forensic evaluation services across OCFMH locations and statewide. The procurement is issued as a Request for Applications (RFA) and contemplates an initial one-year term with up to four one-year renewals.
