Turnkey Event Management and Production Services for the American Thanksgiving in Singapore Festival

Description: The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy Singapore, is seeking turnkey event planning, production, and management services for the inaugural American Thanksgiving in Singapore Festival. The contractor will have single-point responsibility for planning, coordinating, producing, executing, and closing out the event. Anticipated services include event concept development, venue coordination, audiovisual and technical production, logistics, vendor coordination, entertainment, food and beverage activation, marketing, registration, safety, permits, on-site operations, and post-event reporting.
