TSA Screening Checkpoint Expansion RFP

Description: TSA screening checkpoint expansion. Phased renovation and expansion of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) passenger screening checkpoint within the 73,000 SF Domestic Arrival Building (DAB). The project includes the demolition and renovation of approximately 18,300 SF to modernize the checkpoint and accommodate passenger volumes that now exceed projections identified in the April 2023 Airport Master Plan Update. Work will reconfigure and expand the existing screening area and include associated improvements such as restroom renovations, skylight replacement, and HVAC system upgrades serving the affected spaces.
