Transportation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste

Description: The University at Buffalo is seeking a contractor to transport and dispose of non-radioactive RCRA and non-RCRA hazardous waste generated across its campuses. Services include providing transportation equipment and labeling, coordinating characterization and manifests, transporting waste to approved treatment, storage, and disposal facilities, supplying final disposal documentation, and supporting spill response, reporting, waste minimization, and recycling. The resulting agreement is for five years, and proposals will be evaluated using a best-value methodology weighted 70% for technical qualifications and 30% for cost.
