Description: This project involves the modernization and expansion of PWC’s transmission and sub-transmission infrastructure through the replacement 291 existing wood and steel poles with new steel poles and the installation of 9 new steel transmission poles along a new right-of-way. The replacement projects involve 69kV sub-transmission lines with 15kV underbuilt distribution circuits and associated attachments, including PWC-owned fiber. The new construction project includes a 230kV transmission line with poles up to 100 feet in height.
