Description: The Metropolitan Council seeks a provider to deliver training and one-on-one business consultation to Metropolitan Council Underutilized Businesses (MCUBs). Services cover government contracting, bid estimating and proposal preparation, strategic and business planning, project and construction management, marketing, and cash-flow management. The Council intends to award one four-year services contract, with proposals accepted only from MCUB vendors under its MCUB Select program.
