Description: The General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service is soliciting proposals for the OASIS+ Total Small Business Set-Aside IDIQ multiple-award contract vehicle covering comprehensive professional services across multiple domains (management, technical/engineering, R&D, intelligence, environmental, facilities, logistics, business administration, marketing, human capital, financial and social services).
